i do saw some look like sea horse but the shape is more skinny and elongated type, not the curvature type. who knows maybe there is.

I think those are call pipe fish. Saw some at Qian Hu last Sat.

The possibility of a freshwater seahorse species discovery might be considered skeptical at this point of writing but given a second thought, it's not entirely impossible. The genera of goby is an exemplary illustration of perpetuating such possibility.

But it might be possible for marine fish to be slowly transformed, by adapting, to freshwater. Some fishkeepers purposely try to change and breed them

Perhaps, freshwater seahorses might exist. The presence of freshwater jellyfish is proof that maybe, somewhere out there, is a seahorse species that is occurring naturally in a freshwater habitat.
