    Me thinking of doing a marine tank.

    Is sand necessary? Can i do with a clean bottom tank?
    It's NOT "Chee lick", NOT "Chee Chee Licks"!!! Cichlids is pronounced as "Sick Lids"!!!!!

    not a prob.. but sand does help in promoting an area for the nutrifying bacteria to grow.
