Just some questions in regards to compressor chillers

One dealer offered me titanium coil which he said was better

The other dealer offered me copper coil, when i asked him about how dangerous copper would be to marine invertebrates etc, he shared that he used to manufacture titanium coil for his customers but it leads to a lot of problem. He said the majority of his customers are now using copper coil for marine.

    Anyone have experience in this?

    Re: Chiller Compressor

I am currently using the copper coil but it is covered by some rubber insulation where the coil is submerged. I always thought that titanium was better. I did not get the titanium coil back then due to budget. What was the problem with the titanium coil setup? I have not heard of this problem on the titanium coil.

    Another question

What are the pros and cons if my titanium chiller shares a compressor with my aircon versus the chiller having its own compressor?

I know of 1 person doing that but never heard from him what's the electrical usage was like. Maybe higher electrical bill and higher load factor at night?
