yah...back to square one...cycle the tank again.and use more hardy fish.guppies cannot tahan much.
hi guys,
recently my 2ft tank has been hit by some fungus bug. After I wrongly did a 100% water change, the water has not been stable. 4 times I put in guppies, each time they have been wiped out.
the 2ft tank has been washed throughly, even spray
with hot water but to no avail.
the guppies has some white patches on their tail n fins.
then it get bigger, then the fishes usually die next day. anti-fungus medication does not seem to work good. should I cycle the tank for 1 or wk b4 I add new fishes?

you might like to add a high level of salt. Guppies are quite tolerant of salt... and many waterborne worms/bugs/critters aren't... alternatively, nuke the whole tank....

Water change should be with Dechlorinated water or water that has been standing for at least a day or more.
If u have plants in your tank , do take note of the amount of salt , as ive heard plants dun really do too well with salt in the water
Is the water slightly alkaline, best if you can add some coral chips to maintain the water pH.
Guppies like slight alkaline water.
