    Looks like BBA, very common.
Cut away badly infected leaves, up the CO2 and introduce Siamese Algae Eater to eat them.

You can use hydrogen peroxide to remove them or seachem excel. I usually use 1 to 15 chlorox solution to clean my plants like anubias and ferns outside of the tank. I will squirt hydrogen peroxide on the stem plants, some might survive, some not. Dose seachem excel into the tank according to the instruction, regulate your CO2 intake accordingly too, else you get an overdose from the excel solution. Check your tank water flow too, it might not be reaching parts of your tank. A clear indicator the bba are dying is that they turn red in the next 2 days.

Will otto do the job as I had 5 or really need SAE as SAE will grow big and difficult to handle.

BBA stands for black brush algae, EIHO Plant Carbo is another product that is quite effective against BBA.

SAE is more effective than ottos in this case. But if your tank is not that big you might have a problem when they grow. Otherwise you can try others suggestion.
