Hi all!

Recently, juz added more lights(2PLs) to my 3 ft tank which is 2 ft deep. Light arrangement is 2 FLs(30W each) /2 PLs(36W each) /2 FLs(30W each), all placed within 1 cm of each other.

However, my rosette plants have long leave stalks.

Echinodorus Rubin which is placed in the middle has large leaves but long leave stalks.

Echinodorus Osiris is placed also in the middle, but nearer to the foreground, has long stalks as well, moreover the leaves do not "open up and sit close to the substrate nicely" like the way a flower blooms.

Both of these plants were grown more than 7 years ago under inadequate lightin that often made their leave stalks long. However, after moving them to adequate conditions 1 year ago, their condition improves only in the beginning before riverting back to their original condition, which is still better than its state 7 years ago.

Another problem is with my C. Balanse which are grown in the back of the tank. It too grows long leave stalks.

Any idea what is going on? It can't be lightin problem right? Thanks!

Cheers!
