Long hair grass keep having split ends!

Hi....why I see long and nice long hair grass in other tank....but mine keep having split ends! Very messy...


Should I trim away the split ends?

You probably buy different species. Your sound like Eleocharis vivipara

i think you have vivpara, the messy long hairgrass. they will split at the end. just trim them off will do. E.acicularis is a better choice plant, but they are no longer sold in spore.
