    Found this small little anemone-like thing in my office freshwater shrimp tank. Anyone knows what it is?

    i also dunno how it came about ... hoping it will not prey on baby shrimps cos thats my shrimp-only tank

    What makes you think that baby shrimps can survive when baby fish can't? Don't forget that shrimps are very vulnerable when they shed their shell/exoskeletion and they do that a lot when growing up.

    i'm not sure at all ... these hydra are like 1mm big only ... cant even see it unless u strain ur eyes hard enuff ...
