moss turning brown

my Christmas moss has turned brown. could it be that my temp is too high, abt 28 to 29 depending on how hot the day is. also heard that it could be that my lights are too bright. anyone know if that could be the problem?

Hmm. A picture might help us identify your problem better. Anyway moss tend to turn brown in the intial stage when it turns from emerse to submerse form. You can monitor abit longer to see if the moss start turning green or if there are signs of new fronds growing. High temperature would not make the moss turn brown because i have seen outdoor tanks with moss growing inside. Lower temperature will help to make the moss look green? LOL.
