there is another at Joan road, think its called 'Nature landscape" or something like that..
they used to have 2x10ft planted tanks, wonder if they r still there... their branch lfs is 'The fishtank' at tanjong pagar
In the trail for planted tanks outside of LFS, I found one site at Joan Road off Thomson Road (the plant nursery area). It's a nursery called Far Horizon which stocks a lot of marsh/pond plants. Inside the office there's a tank corner with a 8 ft tank (with huge Crypto balansae and Bolbitis), a 4 ft high with balansae and very nice sinking riccia, a 4 ft terrarium style tank, and a 6 ft cichlid tank.
Another sighting was at this ancient Chinatown tea shop, where a lush 4 ft tank took pride of place. According to the shopkeeper, it's done up by his son with lots of DIY material.
Sungei Buloh Reserve's visitor centre also has a nice albeit messy six footer.
There used to be one large one in the Park Mall basement.
Please share your observations. I am sure there are plenty of'em still out there.
