    rather curious but how fast does Riccia grow ??

    Would pink tubes be better then white tubes ??

    at the moment i'm on PL lights , using the mush debated CR Aquarium lights . Theres this panging fear that i wun be able to find replacement tubes thus i'm going out tml to look for em :P or maybe ask my lfs to order some for me maybe []

    Riccia do grow quite fast depending on the available nutrients and light. Personally, I feel it grows too fast.

    As for lights, I seriously do not understand the "CR light" as I've not even seen it up close. But normally, I would suggest ~6500K (daylight) tubes. These tubes are often display white light.

    yup yup those 55w tubes , the lfs said mon or tues should have dual-white tubes coming in

    hmm.... any idea on how fast it doubles in volume ?? approximately maybe []

    oh CR lights , the "Coral Reef" brand lights , there was a thread questioning its relative brightness and such

    at the time of purchase , they did not have the white tubes avaliable , only red/white , so i settled for it[]
