Those are the eggs of pest snails. Best to remove it, or else you will face a snail infestation.

Yes, Lucas is right. Those are most definitely ramshorn eggs. Do you happen to keep ramshorn snails in that tank?

Yea, it would be best to remove them if you don't want them to breed. You can leave one behind to clean up though. They can only breed in pairs (although they have no real males and females)

if they'd reached maturity, even you left 1 in the tank, it'll still multiple if they'd 'interacted' with one another...
