Get a snail or get a scrubber.
More than ONE fish = Fish
More than ONE species of fish = Fishes
Get an algae scrubber (either the magnetic one or those with a long handle) and roughly scrub it. If it's still there, you can try a razor blade to remove it.
Then put in some algae crew, like oto, shrimps or snails, to prevent them from coming back. You may also want to make sure that there's not too much left over food and you may want to reduce the amount of light your tank is getting. You can try planting heavier too.
cheapest way, use unuse credit card or something similar.
anyone heard of ramhorn snails?? are they good too?
Ramshorns- come free with some plants. No- they're not effective.
GSA- green spot algae is something you have to deal with before every WC.
Toothbrush/some hard disused credit card etc.
You can if you dare to fail - Stan Chung
I use those white sponge that you can buy for $2 at Daiso, they are very effective in cleaning surface, even spot algae. These sponge are super good at removing tea stains from cups as well as other tough stains. They also comes in different sizes.
Just clean with sponge. It is a weekly activity for me.
The heater must turn on higher
