Very nice and impressive set up you have. Water is crystal clear and nice growth of plants. Care to share the dimension of your tank? Tank seems very high but your glosso seem to stay very low.
Cheers!

equidorz: Thank you.
I discovered this forum two years ago and with the limitations of the google translator I have learned a lot from you in a pleasant climate and companionship.
The aquarium is somewhat peculiar, 38x20x40 (high).
Light are two 24w PLL for 9 hours a day.
At first, if added CO2 but one day the Shrimp were surfing on duckweed and removed CO2.
That was in March 2010 since then I fertilized almost nothing. (only at specific times).
Glosso grows well and much, every week we cut it because it is stacked. (That's where little hands and the patience of my wife do their magic).
Stem plants grow well, just growing slowly Microsorum pteropus.
Here we say that every aquarium is "a world".
I hope I have helped.
Greetings
P.D.:Sorry for my English. Use Google Traslator
Strong lights and no fertilizer? Any algae issue? Very very nice tank.
Nice tank! By looking at the tank and the good growth of the plants, one would have thought that it's a CO2 enriched tank.

Really like the aquascape =)
Impressive work you have there![]()
Agree with others, and no CO2 as well! Obviously the plants, they do not grow with the benefit of CO2 enriched water in the wild.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and he will drink beer while getting sunburnt.
Fizgig777 andmarcusth:Thank you very much.
Shaihulud: I believe that the plants are ended up by acclimating, the CO2 helps skylight is.
Without Co2, the growth is slower or even the plants do not get acclimatized, but if you obtain it, you save yourself a lot of time in prunings, especially in small aquariums.
A greeting
Very nice work! I wonder do you ever trim your glosso as what I have heard that those glosso that are overlay will die off as no catchment of lighting
