I notice that is a massive spread of new plants available at Red Sea LFS. I cannot tell if all the plants are intended to be submersed or not. Some emmersed forms look very dubious to ever convert to submersed.

I know some aged stem plants can even have a mild wooden bark if they grow for very long outside water, but the ones for display that are in emmersed state are only in a little bit of water. I do not want to buy a plant only to find out it is meant to be in a vivarium and not in a full water tank.

Can some of the plant gurus here share their expertise what to avoid and what we can buy for a plant to become or is a submersed version fro Red Sea?
