    Qn:How long can a block of beef heart(processd w vitamins) and Hikari BW last in the freezer(0 deg)? hee... stockd too much....

    no idea, but if its deep freeze then I dun think got prob.. the last time, my beefheart was like 1/2 yr b4 i finished it

    6mths! so long...anyway I got my beefhrt at a discus shop in Cactus Rd(along Yio Chu Kang Rd), they told me 2mths(max).. hee..jus wan to re-confirm w u guys....thks[:]

    FYI. Tek Kar Market near little india sells. I think it may be cheaper than the lfs at cactus rd coz it's just a meat shop.
    I paid $12/kg, quite a shitload.

    btw, what are u feeding your beefheart to besides feeding it to yourself?[]

    To prevent the BH from spoiling or bacteria generation (from multiple frosting & de-frosting), I take a small chunk & place into another smaller plastic container. This chunk is sufficient for few days' feeding and I dun have to worry about spoiling the whole container of BH.
