I am just thinking whether it is possible the nutrients had been mostly sucked up by the fast-growing Hygrophila and Bacopa plants and there is little left for the crypto?
Currently, I have 2 crypto wendtii, the green and tropical type and crypto parva in my tank. They are growing fine but very slowly. I dose Seachem Excel, marco and micro fertilisers and normally use 2x24 T5 on my 2 feet tank for about 8 hours. No chiller and CO2 used. Is there any way to make Cryptocoryne plant grow faster?

Generally, to expedite growth, you must have high light. If plants get high light , you must compensate them with c02 and nutrients. So to start with, use more light and c02. Then fertilizers for healthy growth. But you cannot dose more excel then specified else your fuana wil suffer. Better to get co2 cylinder as they are more effective.
What's your dosing routine and wc?
And not forget some plants are slow growers. In such case, patience is key.
I dose excel alternate days, macro and micro is 2-3 times per week. The light is 4x24 T5 but I normally only on 2x24. Water change is about 2 weeks.

Looks ok although it's recommended to dose excel daily. But the big question is are your plant by nature slow grower ? If they are, theres not much you can push also.
Did you try root fertilizer since Crypt can be a root feeder? I think increase lighting might not be that great a help since it is a low light requirement plant.
aquanoob is using ADA 2 which is good enough abd should not need root fertiliizers at the moment.
In the first place, C.parva is a very very slow grower, even with CO2. C.wendtii and C.tropica are bullet trains compared to C.parva.
Secondly, you're not using CO2. Seachem Excel is good, but not that good.
Get some CO2 dude.
I've also heard that fast water flow around crypts is good too
I am ok with c.parva growing slowly as I know it is, but I only want to the C.wendtii green and tropical to grow faster. Look like CO2 is the way to go.

Plants need some time to adjust to your tank condition as they came from another environment. Use the next two weeks to observe them if they have adapted and flourish.
C.parva is new so I don't demand so much but C.wendtii is in my tank for months, they should have already adapted.

squee is right... co2 is the way to go! Stop resisting!
The dark side is strong, I have to believe in the Force! Talk to my CO regarding the CO2,

Bro i got my c.wendtii grow really fast in 422 with 4x54W and co2, with some root fert, Ada2 and gravel. I think you need to be consistent with excel dosing preferably when light is On or better yet go for co2 injectio. Crypts are really nice when they grow tall and planted in group.
Tell your CO CO2 is cheaper in the long run :-)
