I think Yahoo has stopped providing public viewable pic folders for free account users.

Actually you have some red plants in your tank i.e. Red lotus and another one that I saw in your 4th pic. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Your tank look abit short... 1.5ft height? Can't really see, but your substrate very high? Looking at it, the B.japonica looks really tall and huge. Somehow it seems very distraction.

Overall, the arrangement looks good and best of all the plants look healthy. Keep it up.
    Cheers!!

yes, I have the Red lotus in the front and another type of red leave plant at the back....but me thinking of Red Tiger Lily...but cannot find.

The Japponica was melting at first...so I shifted from the back to the front(current location). Then did a 2 x weekly water change and install a fan to make the temperature go down. Now all plants are growing non stop....

I also dosing with Dr Mallick's fertilizer(Forgot the name, I think LushGro or something). For every 50% water change, i put in 6 capful.

So far so good....Algae isn't a problem yet(Hope it stays that way)...

    Thanks for the comments.

Do you put in other fertilizer beside The LushGro?

Nice healthy plants. Will look better when grown more densely

    A few points:

    1) I think your E. tennelllus is a bit too thick. thin it out such that it forms a nice proper foreground, in contrast to the blyxa japonica which is not too tall for a middleground plant.

    2) Personally, i think the background needs a bit of work to fill up the gaps. I find that rosette plants like lotus do not do an adequate job in that. Try some nice stems plants for both the bakground and middleground allowed to grow densely would improve the aquascape. Rotala wallichi, alternanthera reineckii, tonina sp, eriocaulon setaceum, ludwigia brevipes are some that you might like to try.

    3) too many plants with large leaves like lotus and nuphar japonica capture attention can make the tank a bit unfocused.

Just a few of my thoughts!

Hi, yeah i meant to thin the tennullus for a while already...will do it this weekend then.
I am actually waiting for my moss wall to grow into a lush thick wall of Greens!! In the meantime, the long Grass has started to spread around the tank and at the back.

Ok, me will go and see how I can improve the background this weekend....

Thanks to all for the comments...anyone else has got ways to improve my tank, please do advice me..

    Thank you!
