Looks like a very well-fed oto.
All my otos are like that from overfeeding (both from the abundant algae and left over fishfood on the substrate).

Saw one of the Otos having a very big belly in my tank recently. Looks like it is "pregnant". Any brothers (fish Doc) here can help to confirm??

It is not very healthy for ottos to have big belly.
But the belly is really big, so big it is not even able to suck on any landing.... strange.
Read from some website saying that a healthy oto has big belly which indicates that there are enough food going around.
Cheers!

I think this is not the first time someone has brought to our attention of such a case (can't remember which thread). Anyway, it was agreed then it was not due to parasites so I would not jump to that conclusion juz yet (but do not ignore the possibilities). Heck, a few of my Otos too showed such conditions ut only those species that came from Brazil (according to Gan). Juz monitor a few more days and let us know how it turns out.
Good Luck!
I've one otos bought from Pasir Ris farm, belly grew quite big that makes me worried and thought it's going to either die or give birth. However, it's still surviving for many months, Now, belly size has reduced, though still plump, but not fat anymore.
The other type I bought from Gan, which is longer in size and has a lighter body spots, are always very skinny. Makes me very worried about not feeding enough algae, but now don't really care since it's been like that for quite long.
phew..... now I feel better as no more worries for that little pot belly otos...
