not too bad! you actually have a proper riccia lawn (rather than a riccia slab). Maybe to help hold down the riccia, you could grow bits of hairgrass or glosso amongst it.... some folks like Amano combine these to keep the riccia entangled in a wild-looking mesh of plants at the bottom.
No idea what to make of your sunken ship though..... (did you watch too much Pirates of the Caribbean??) the nuphar and java fern seem to be growing ok though. This is more personal taste, but I would replace the ship with perhaps a piece of wood with moss/ferns/anubias and since you seem to have more than adequate lighting, surround the Nuphar with some smallish stem plants like Didiplis, Blyxa or maybe some crypts for contrast.
The Nuphar is a bit too much at the centre at the moment. but I would't bother moving it, as it will eventually shift position as the rhizome grows.
I would encourage you also to try a larger canvas (i.e. bigger tank) if you have the resources.
me not too qualify to comment and me no Amano as well. But somehow i feel that the tank is a tad too dark at the back. not sure what cause it, you might want to brighten it up a little a bit.
for me a planted tank is to cheer me up, but somehow yours seems a tad too dark for my liking. It could be just me who like bright tanks.

Just to add on to Budak's reply:
As you already know the Nuphar japonica is a bit big for your tank and I forsee it will only get bigger. May want to rethink on this matter as the tank may not be able sustain such a naturally large plant. And if you're replacing the plant, it would be a good idea not to position it dead centre of the tank..... either off centre to the left or the right.
errr... the sunken ship thing, could you do away with this and maybe replace it with something more natural e.g. wood. I think most (if not all) of hobbyist would like to achieve a natural look for a planted tank.
I would agree with you that water change may not be necessary but make sure that elements like Ca, Mg... etc in our taps are quite necessary for plant growth. But looking at your plants, they seem healthy. Any algae problem?

i top up water every day due to evporation... so elements like ca and ma will be inside....
just that i didnt change water for more then 3 month....

i was just looking through your DIY stuff and i have some comments for you...
your DIY CO2 flipper is SO cool!
your diy fans should be facing the water cuz that would cause more evaporation and that is how the temperature in the tank falls, through evaporation...
just wondering, your 11 and 18 watts in your 'first planted tank'... are they FL or PL? they look like PL to me... just wondering...
Other bro have already commented on the plants so I won't repeat. just to say that the glass above the water level is quite dirty, why don't cover the edge of the tank with black or other tape so that won't see the water line. Also for your DIY flipper, why don't make the slope piece less steep so that co2 bubble can travel slower and thus more time to dissolve in water?

as for the diy flipper.... yep i try a not so steep one before....
but my small bubble dont seem to flow up properly....
the co2 had gone through a air stone... before entering the flipper....
so the bubble is quite small.... so need a steeper slope for them to go up.....

Think all flippers need to run in for at least 12hrs to create a organic film so that the bubble can move freely along the flipper. My dennerle flipper is the same. But maybe you are right if the bubble is too small.
