    dont know why is it happening, could it be the lagre range in temp cos my tank has a range of 23-29 daily
    Ph is 6.8

    I would be more worried about your pet critters (fishes and shrimps) if your tank temperature fluctuates between 23-29C on a daily basis.

    Browning if normal if your moss is newly introduced (esp. if it was originally grown emmersed). Just do what it takes for the rest of your plants to grow normally (light, CO2, water column fertilization, etc) and they should bounce back after a while. Shouldn't take more than a month for high-light tanks but the process could take > 3mths for low-light setups - I happen to have both.

    If it is not because it is newly introduced, please provide more information... Other than 23-29C and pH 6.8, we know nuts about your tank.

    it has been in the tank for two weeks
    i planted it as the back drop
    the tank is a 2X1X1, did not take kh gh no2 no3, lighting is 1.6watts per gal and there is DIY co2
