    What do you normally use for
    a) macro shots.
    b) full tank shots.

    normally I know people use auto levels/auto color and unsharp mask.

    (also for unsharp mask: what are your preferred settings?)

    what processing did you do? just autolevel?
    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    auto contrast.
    a series of unsharp masks.

    healing brush on some of the dots.

    That's pretty much the same as what I do unless the auto levels come out horribly wrong. Then I'll apply mannual correction in that case.
