Are Kamfa and Short body FH the same?.

Wish to find out more before i commit myself. Am new to Flower Horn so wants to know if Kamfa and Short body FH are the same?.

Kamfa is one of the FH species,may i know what you mean by short body?

By short body he is probably referring to the "balloon" version, aka deformed Flower Horn with short bodies. They are not the same "breed" as the Kamfa, which seems to have a huge hump on the forehead.

The FH craze is long but over, if you keep these and intend to breed them, what will you do with the resulting fry? There are many other Central American cichlids like the Jack Dempsey and Jaguar Cichlid that are much nicer to keep and not deformed to begin with. Even species like the Firemouths are great.
