Help .. My xmas moss looks dying

Hi , I untied my xmas moss (3 weeks old from quarantine) and also another new xmas moss from LFS

I remove them from the existing driftwood and tie them onto a branchy driftwood using fishing line

It look greenish and healthy and I had a light lamp on it for the night 12 hours, i add a 1/4 Co2 tablet.

The 2nd day it look totally dull..

The driftwood with xmas moss is going into a shrimp tank.. so I will not want fertilizer to kill shrimps.

How should i do?
