    Re: Apistogramma!!!

Yes, it's also their "character"/behaviors that make them such interesting creatures.
Once, I had a spawning pair of hongsloi protecting their eggs against a cheeky mendezi, and the issueing rounds of confrontations were so entertaining, especially the gutsy female hongsloi.
Anyway, let's catch-up at amk when the shipment is here.

Yeah, The Agassizii family... Same taste as me when i started into Apistogramma. In love with the style of Agassizii looks. Looks very Chio..But after some time and get to see more species more beautiful one. Then from there you will know which is the one you really like...

    Re: Apistogramma!!!

Yes poison~ When comes into breeding more tank is needed. And you will do all kind of wild setup for your Apistogramma. Will never feel satisfied with the scape.. The difference Wildcaught have more captive bred helps to keep the lines healthier and the color is very intense and solid compared to Farm breed...

    Re: Apistogramma!!!

Actually Apisto are easy to care... Weekly water change are important as they prefer clean water... So that why too many nice species end up with many partition tank... So partition tank is the best to save space and still able to keep many species of Apisto...
