Thanks! Seems like there are a few species that look like that... Am thinking if I can add them into my planted tank.
yes you could but you have to bear in mind that they need slight acidic water and more so good lighting. In the absence of good lighting, they then to grow taller then usual.
First plant is definitely Hydrocotyle species. likely semi-aquatic

plant 2 is Salvinia sp. Not too sure it's Salvinia natans or Salvinia molesta though.
