    Hey guys I recently discovered that my otos are eating the blood worms, I understand that they are full vegetarian is it normal?

    Those are tubifex worms and not blood worms. They are different. What I understand is live blood worms are no longer permitted for sale locally.

    Oh okay they look like earthworms but still otos eat them I always thought they were vegetarians? I tried feeding my otos algae wafers but they don't seem to discover it and in the end my cory eats them

    Otos do eat live food occasionally. However, they are still herbivore most of the time. That is normal seeing them going for tubiflex time to time. However, IMO it might affect their digestive system if they eat too much tubiflex...

    Wow Okay, maybe I should take the worms out just incase? They seem to grow bigger faster when I feed them the live worms.

    same with my albino pleco , if there's worms , they would be stationed for a while just sucking those worms in before dropping off.
