Trim and scrape off algae from both affected leaves and tank glass.
Do a 50% water change and clean filter
Fix your CO2 and drop your pH down to 6.7-6.8 with CO2 only and ensure it stays there for the entire photoperiod.
Dose back fresh nutrients like KNO3, K2SO4, KH2PO4 and traces (TMG,Flourish and etc.)...dose another round for the KNO3, KH2PO4 and traces 1-2x more depending on amount of light and plant density. Repeat the entire routine again for 3 weeks and you should see good results. Just be anal with the CO2...dosing nutrients is easy.

It takes very long time for me to scrape off algae from leaves. Most of the leave are small...........unless I change the plants[]. Can skip this step or not? I did 50% water change every week & clean filter a month ago. Where to buy KNO3, K2SO4, KH2PO4? PetMart or elsewhere?

If I were you, I will clean the tank with a scraper first. Do a water change by sucking up the debris generated by the scraper. Then try increase the NO3 to about 5 ppm. Btw check you PO4. It helps to maintain it at less than 0.5 ppm. Hope this helps you.
