    what's the thread size of the G2 adaptor? 52 or 58mm ? should also check at places like www.clubsnap.com buy/sell section.

    so you should be able to use the TC/WC-58 and 250D closeup filters. Understand there is also a 500D closeup which is +2.

    someone in clubsnap selling his 52mm adaptor for G3, might also consider.

    just got a Hoya +4 close up filter from a fellow AQer, looks pretty good so perhaps don't have to splurge on the 250D after all. save the $$ for another external flash

    You mean u got a third party one? I have a 55mm tokina close up lens...what a pity i cant used it on my 58mm adaptor..*sigh*
