Anyway to tell exact CO2 in a tank with peat/phosphate/bicarbonate buffers?

ie: if I can get a ph reading from a boiled flask of tank water to give eg: ph 6.5, kh=5

exactly how low must my ph be for a co2 level of 30ppm

I read a drop of 1.6~1.7 in pH is indicative of 20~30ppm of CO2.
