Heading up to Japan

Am making a trip up to Japan this coming December. Heading to Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Hiroshima and thereafter up into Tokyo, with side trips out to Miyajima, Hakone areas. Any bos familiar with Japan or any Japanese bros have good recommendations for Aquatic-related stuff to recommend to visit? LFS, aquatic reserves, etc. Any suggestions welcome! Was thinking of making a side trip out to Niigata, but changed my mind as the journey and cost was out of budget.
