Recently, I observe that there is a white blister in one of my Rummynose and Emperor tetra. The blister seem to has a whitish worm like thing in it. Isolated the fishes in a quaratine tank... 2 days later, i found the Rummynose died.
Also on the same day, i found one of my Cardinal tetra with a white blister like sympton on it mouth. I assumed that all my fishes had been infected. Thus, i put that infected Emperor tetra back into my tank.
It's almost 5 days now and the fishes, including the 2 infected are swimming lively and eating whatever i fed them. The other fishes seem to be ok, swimming and eating as usual.
1.What kind of disease are my fishes infected?
2.How to treat the disease? I do not intend to use any medication as mine is a planted tank and i am afraid that it will hurt my shrimps and plants.
3.Will only salt treatment enough?
4. Can i just leave it untreated as all the other fishes seem unaffected.[]
