    Hi,

Can somebody tell me which reading should I follow?

If no one else replies, consider mine. What does the instructions say? If they don't say wait, then take the first reading.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

    Err.

The reason may be because your CO2 in the tube had escaped.
Did you shake the tube after taking your reading?
You can do a simple experiment by shaking your tube. After a short while, it will turn dark blue which means alkaline.

I doubt shaking the test tube/vial more will make the solution more alkaline. Shqking it would the most equilibrate with the environment making it neutral no matter how hard or long you keep shaking it.

    serious algae problem?

If you're asking how to lower down the pH, I would answer inject CO2.
    Cheers!!
