Nana plant is not supposed to be planted into soil. Usually people tied and anchored it on rock or DW/BW.
I actually jus setup a new tank. everything is new. I bought this nana plant. Today is the 6days of my cycling process. However, my nana plant seems like it cannot be planted to the soil tightly. Until now, when i touch a little, i can feel that my nana plant is going to float up. Should nana plant be planted on soil or driftwood? I am using ADA New Soil.
Please advice.

OIC. mmms. thanks man..
What's your that inlet thing?
Zack
Did I see wrongly that you partially insert your inlet sponge into the soil?
Nono. It's just on top of the soil. I guess it just work like a pre-filter. The water will get through the black sponge. Then to the small round translucent box. Then the pipe suck the water from the box. yep.
What is the white tape in between the sponge and soil?
that's not a white tape. It's a translucent box.
You have to keep the rhizome of your Anubias plant above the substrate. The rhizome is the horizontal thick stem.
Oic. Yep. I will be getting either rocks or driftwood tommorow.
