Recently just started rearig fishes . Started with 5 glass cats ad 2 panda corydora . But the glass cats are hiding in between my plants and don't come out unless there is totally no light. Even if there is food they won't stop hiding :/ is it because there are too few of them ? Should I get more glass cats to increase their numbers?? I currently have them in a two feet tank.

They are schooling fishes so 5 of them is quite little. You should get a few more if your tank can support them, try not to use bright lights as they are shy at first. When I last had them, I fed them with live Moina aka "Daphnia" and they would come out of hiding.

I would go with a dozen of them, because they're shy fishes and easily spooked. Besides, in a larger group you will find them more interesting, especially since they don't have much in terms of colour.
