those Eracaulon flowers growing out of your main tank? or are you keeping them in a shorter tank instead?

Simon San, Its in my propagation tank which is shorter...
gerald, the genus is spelt Eriocaulon, just making sure we're propagating the right info for the newbies.
BTW, will they do well in one-inch deep water without direct sunlight?
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Sorry didnt know how to spell correctly...
Yes it can be palnted in that manner (tried it previously;wondering what to do with my spares) but you gotta watch the humidity level
Mine is around 3-4 inches...
I have a trough with about 1-inch of water (enough for guppies to swim around in, the guppies are there to ward off MOE inspectors :P ) in the corridor away from direct sun, but wind is kind of strong. Right now it is full of crypts, let's see if they'll do well. I am looking for a standby plant in case the crypts needs to be replaced
Would the strong wind mess with the humidity?

If your crypts are fine, there should not be a problem.

if my crypts do well there wouldn't be any space left for the Eriocaulon :P
