    I saw a very similar one being sold at C328 occasionally; & I believe they still have a few bags of it this week. Previously I started a thread on it but nobody could provide an affirmative identification; this was the picture I posted on this forum 4 months ago (the plant on the right):



    The bags being sold at C328 recently, are fully-filled with water (though I understand this does not prove it's definitely an aquatic plant), & I actually like this plant a lot (am intending to deploy it in my future tank). If it really turns out to be the Ruby Spike Moss (which I also read, isn't an aquatic plant), then I will be quite sorely disappointed, i.e. since I can't have it under water. The red is ridiculously intense, at least the specimens I saw at C328 last week were.
