...looks like you solved the algae problem and wow the pics are well taken.. the fish, well choreograph, like they are doing a ballet for you.

Rescaping done in last week of Dec to remove the fast growing R.macrandra to create the sloping effect from the right. Also removed the algae-infested driftwood.
All comments welcome. Thanks.

KF, looks like a winning tank
good job
Thanks for kind comments. Before submitting for any competition, I intend to trim away the Echinodorus plantlets. And remove the Blyxa aubertii looking plant in the centre. Well, see how things evolve.
Funny - after raising the temperature from 22C to 26C a month back, the Harlequins are more panicky. They tend to swarm from place to place quickly. Which is good since I wanted a schooling fish.

Very nice pics, Koah Fong. Love the schooling fishes. I think that rasboras tend to school more than cardinals.
2 big thumbs up!!!esp the moss wall.fwah...nice!
*btw, fishes tend to school more the longer ur tank is.my tank is ard 1.5ft in height. And those rasbora dont really school.
Hi
Really nice tank.
Is this the tank in the office?
Your red swordtails really stand out in your green tank. Your moss wall is what i like as well. Hope to make one too after Chinese New year. But the moss wall that i am going to make will not look this nice because i can never obtain such low temperature unless i buy a chiller or on the air-con for 24h.
Thks.
Err
What happen to the two discus that you have in this tank?
wooo... look very nice.
can teach me wat moss did you use for the moss wall ??and where to get the mesh in big piece?
chua: The 2 discus were camera shy and were hiding.
mad: The Christmas Moss were stapled onto a styrofoam backdrop which was glued to the back of the glass. Over time it spread fuller.

Nice tank. However, the left side... might want to reduce the height. I feel the tank too tightly packed... the discus being such big fish hardly have space to swim.. Maybe put smaller fishes would be ideal.

wow.. super chio. very healthy looking plant there.. 5 star!..
Sleepy_lancs: agree the left side is a little tall. The first pic was taken 3 days before the 2nd one. Notice how much growth in the L.inclinata "Cuba"?
Don't worry - the discus are already stunted. Not growing bigger anymore.
