ADA - THE INTERNATIONAL AQUATIC PLANTS LAYOUT CONTEST 2004
By the way, I remember last yeaar, it cost some money to participate if I am not wrong. Does anyone know if it is the same this year? I do not see any mention of having to pay $XXX this year on their posters and application form.
Lorba, actually, i love trimming my bolbitis as well and find that after a heavy trimming, their rate of growth accelerate on a whole. The new leaves are also the nice translucent green. To those who does not know, it ia actually possible to trim off all the leaves on a rhizome, and the plant would still throw out new leaves. I have seen it happen in a fish shop. The owner trimmed and left only the rhizome. About 3 weeks later, small new leaves covered the driftwood. I have since tried, and can testify that it works. though, if you are risk averse, leave a growing shoot to make sure.
