What phone are you using?
When did you install Tapatalk?
Is it updated to most current version?
Did you manage to login via Tapatalk before?
Are you absolutely sure you keyed in correct password? Some mobile keyboard's auto-correction still work in password fields.

Thanks for your reply.
I am using Blackberry and just got this application couple of days ago..
Didn't manage to log in at all..
But when I logged in through the browser, there isn't any problems at all..
Time to reinstall and check the program settings.

Hi,
I just updated the server side Tapatalk installation. Try again.
What other forums did you try on?

We have members logging in with Tapatalk on iOS and Android successfully all the time, so I can't think of what could be stopping Blackberry.
I suggest you take it up with the Tapatalk creators at http://support.tapatalk.com/. Blackberry was a recent release and they may not have ironed out all the bugs yet. Do mention to them which sites you tried to connect to and whether you were successful.

After you have posted there, let me have the link to your post. If there's anything I can add to help them sort it out, I'll do so.
