    Currently i have 8 Sakura & 16 Cory Habrosus & 28 Boraras Brigittae.

I noticed that 3 of my shrimps are pregnant.

Just want to know whether my cory and "mosquitoes" will attack/munch on my shrimplets?

    Re: Shrimps tank mates

The cory may attack shrimplets on the substrate, while the mosquitoes are possible attackers of swimming shrimplets. If the tank is very shallow, the mosquitoes may also pick off shrimplets on the substrate.

I used to keep Boraras Brigittae in my old tank and they didn't do much to my shrimps, but after moving them to a shallow tank, many of my shrimplets went missing

    Oh my!

I think I'll have to put the mama Sakura out in the breeder box then.

Hopefully that way I'll get to see my shrimplets

Bro, if you are using external satellite breeding box, make sure the gate where the water flows out to the tank is replaced with a fine mesh, otherwise, there will be a high chance for the shrimplets to "escape" into the main tank.

    Ok noted!
    Thanks for reminding.

Now I must think of another solution, march holidays coming and I'm stuck with work. No time to get the satellite breeding box.

Was thinking can I put them in the "tau huay" box, but still placed in the tank floating at the top.
I have 1 of those guppies breeding box, but there are holes at the bottom and the shrimplets can just go through and become snacks for my fishes.

If you get the Satellite box, just cut a piece of fine filter sponge and wedge it at the exit point. That way, no escapees.
