Brought some red shrimp for my new small 30cm tank. What grades are they?

Also brought a very tiny dwarf puffer fish! Cute little fellow.
I dont think this species(neocaridina) are really "graded". But if you're talking Cherry > Sakura > Fire red, then they seem to be sakura shrimp. All the best to you and your new shrimp!
On a side note, i hope you dont keep your puffer with them, because they(the shrimp) will get eaten/harassed. Just a tip.

The puffer will still harass the shrimp.
Mini puffer goes for live food or meat based food lize blood worms, what are you going to feed it with? It will probably see your shrimps it try to nibble them.
The puffer has a "beak" that can be used to crack open a snail/shrimp and eat the flesh. Size is not the main factor here, it's about armament and predator/prey relationship.
Keeping the puffer well fed with snails from my other tank should ease some problems?
That depends on whether the Puffer regards your shrimp as food, or the snails as food. I don't think they are picky so either one will be food. If you find it to be a threat, sell or give it away to someone else who wants it, or use a breeder box to hold it temporarily until you find a new tank or owner for it.
In this case, you have to choose between the puffer and the shrimps.

Girls, they always love the small and cute stuff.
Just use a Satellite box and run it off your current tank. You can feed it with bloodworms or the baby snails from your other tank. As for the other question, try GC/CRS Haven or the breeders on the forums.

I think i have to find very small snails! Mr Puffy is only 1cm big!
At that size they can handle snails bigger than them. They need the exercise anyway. Their beaks keep growing like hamster's teeth. So they constantly need something to grind on, in this case snails.

Cool. Was afraid that the snails is too big for him. (Im assuming its a He).
They are kind of cute! Now planning a small planted set up for him. Then got excuse to buy more shrimp!
Snails... Don't worry, throw in two full sized adult ramshorn into your shrimp tank. Soon you'll have to unleash your puffer into your tank to clear the snails... They can give you over a hundred just from a pair of snails...
Will the ramhorn disturb my shrimps? Where can i find them? Very new to this. Haha
Adult male dwarf puffers will have a dark line running down their bellies. Pretty easy to sex once they are mature. The majority sold at the LFS are juveniles and often not fed very well so they are super skinny.

Er most LFS that sell shrimp would have them. They won't, only they will try to eat the shrimp food that's all. And reproduce like mad, I've done away with mine.
I do have ramhorn to be given away, collection will be in punggol.

What fertilizers do i need to buy? How to dose? I got a CO2 tank which i can use for inputing CO2.
