    This is my 3 ft tank. Around 1 1/2 month old. Feel free to comment.

    Is it adviceable to add a moss wall in the background?

    Tank Specification

    Tank Size : 3 ft x 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft

    Lighting : 4 x 36W PL 10hrs/day

    Filtration : Ehiem 2213

    Gravel : Lonestar + Sera base fertilizer

    Liquid Fertilizer : Nope

    Temperature : 28 deg C- 29 deg C

    CO2 (type/rate) : Cylinder Tank/ 1 bps

    Plants : Echinodorus tenellus, Microsorum pteropus 'Windelov', Microsorum pteropus, Vesicularia dubyana, Vallisneria spiralis, Eleocharis acicularis, Cryptocoryne wendtii 'brown', Blyxa japonica, Anubias barteri var. nana, banana plant

    Fishes : 15 x Harlequin Rasbora, 6 Oto, 2 SAE, 5 Platy, 7 Black Neon Tetra

    Invertebrates : 4 x Neocaridina denticulata. 10 x Caridina japonica

    Others : Water change once a week, 40% each time

    Very nice, man. It's different from the conventional slope up from left to right because of the long vals giving an effect of flowing water.

    Nice to see beautiful tanks like this. Must sent to ADA competition, OK?

    lovely sense of space: personally I think adding the mosswall will undermine this: might make the tank seem more enclosed and small. but thats just me.

    I've added your tank into the member's gallery here

    Nice spacious tank. But would it be better if there is clump of java fern just behind the fork on the left? It look a little bit weird there to me.

    Anyway, what is the plant near the center with broad, curled leave? Or is it part of the wood?

    hello lorba, the plant in the centre is 'banana plant' bought it because it is cute.

    I mean add, not move. The rest seems fine to me.

    I notice some stem plants behind the valisneria? May look neater if its not there? The dark background gives a good depth to the tank with vals, but the stem plants seems to chop away the depth on the left.

    oic! will take out the densa at the back of vallisneria.

    Initially planting them to control the nutrient on setup.
