    halo,

I'm planning to re-do my tank plants setup, as such can i just remove unwanted moss/plants and put in new ones directly?
or must i move my shrimps away first?

Anyone has done this before and can share some experience?

    Thanks
    Simon

Remove shrimp rescape cycle and let it settle abit before re-introduce shrimps in. Especially if you have rooted plants once you pull them up the dedris and chemical trap in the soil will most likely contaminate the whole tank.

    Re: Re-Scape my 2ft Tank

    ok, thanks.
Maybe i dint make it clearer.
As i have only moss in my 2ft tank, i thought of removing the moss and just replace with new moss.
    No rooted plants.
I havent try it, therefore getting some advice from here first.
    Can this be possible?

    Thanks

if just a moss then very easy. Just make sure no shrimps fry hiding in the moss when you take it out. You can also do partially, just in case of ammonia spike due to sudden lost of plant mass
