bought this booklet today while browsing around in KLIA's bookshop.

Mosses and Liverworts of Mount Kinabalu - Jan Peter Frahm, Wolfgang Frey, Harald Kürschner and Mario Menzel - Sabah Parks Publicatgion No. 12 1996. ISBN 983-812-011-1

Lots of colour pics and good info about mosses (non-aquatic), pp. 90+, only RM30.

Now some of these mosses grow in extremely humid conditions, it could well be they might do well in aquatic conditions?
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Some do, some don't, hard to tell without trying them.

There's many plants out there that have not been tried with CO2/good nutrients in the water column...something these plants need since they have no vascular tissue or real roots.
