IMHO, the tank should have been an only shrimp tank. If you mix the tank with fishes, there are chances that the shrimplets may be fish food unless there's plenty of hiding spots.
So I am new to the Freshwater and planted tank thing. I started my planted tank at the end of last year. I added shrimp in December. I have cherry shrimp, snowball shrimp and amano shrimp. Today I noticed that one of my cherry shrimps has eggs. Do I need to separate her or leave her be? I also have 9 neon tetras, 2 khuli loaches and a julii cory cat. What happens now? I would like for these baby shrimp to survive, what do I need to do?

Advice from boss Felix
Well it was never intended to breed the shrimp in THIS tank. I just really like shrimp and thought they would be a nice addition. This pregnancy just kinda happened on its own.
So, with that being said, I do have other empty tanks that I can set up for this shrimp. Should I move it or will that shock the shrimp? I could use only the water from the current tank.
Best you move the fishes instead of the shrimps. Reason being, fishes are much hardier than shrimps. Either way, the decision is up to you There's some forumners who have kept fishes with shrimps peacefully

Another option is attach a breeder bix to store your berried shrimp
If you have a lot of hiding place and is not going to do selective breeding, then don't bother doing anything.
Most of it will survive.
