    Actually if you read backwards, you see a lot of water change than 1 week. Can you test the soil seperately?
    Get a food container, put some water that you change regularly, put some soil sample in. Check the ph in one week time or even after 3 days.

    Hi All, just an update after putting power house media into my canister the ph is maintaining at 6 to 6.1. I still do not know te root caused though I suspect could be my tap water
