My only suspect at the moment is actually not the soil. It's too much water change. Perhaps there is not enough time for the ph to buffer down.

Actually if you read backwards, you see a lot of water change than 1 week. Can you test the soil seperately?
Get a food container, put some water that you change regularly, put some soil sample in. Check the ph in one week time or even after 3 days.

Hi All, just an update after putting power house media into my canister the ph is maintaining at 6 to 6.1. I still do not know te root caused though I suspect could be my tap water
