Marsilea quadrifolia?
I saw this plant in ADA View: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8Xj1...NqoOAInCVjec5s
Anyone knows the name and where I can get it? Looks like a good midground plant for my 2ft.

hydrocotyle verticillata
Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides, verticilata does not have cut on its leaf
Just got Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides from c328 2 weeks ago, need to place order. Price is 2 dollars and the waiting time was 2 days.
Please do quarantine the plants, as the one I got, killed the shrimps that was in the tank.
Lycandra? I must ask GC uncle the next time I'm there.
It looked like a Marsilea to me at first glance. I guess the best person to answer this query would be the staff at ADA who made the video and did the planting etc.

Yup, can refer to the plants book they keep at the table
Sorry to bring this up again, but is this what I'm looking for?
how come it is growing till out of the tank?

I left it that way, it's in my 1ft non CO2 chapalang tank.
That's not what you're looking for squee. That's Hydrocotyle verticillata.
GC has the plant you want. Right rack, second from bottom nearest to the rear exit of the shop. It's growing wild on a patch of moss and some other stuff.

Thanks for the identification stormhawk!
I'll have to drag my fat *** down to GC one of these days.
Definitely a hydrocotyle sibthorpioides like what shadow mentioned. Marsilea has straight grow out, pennywort has reputation for growing above surface and the leaf are big and will have lots of roots. Only hydrocotyle sibthorpioides apart from pennywort can be used as a foreground/low midground like some guys mentioned as they grow low under right parameter.
Cheers
Aquascaper?
I was on Tropica's site looking for info on another plant, and it seems the plant identified earlier in this thread as Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides is not what it seems.

I believe this is the correct identity of the plant in the video - Hydrocotyle tripartita. Plant I acquired from GC shows this leaf formation, using the potted plant in Tropica's pics as a guide.

yeah, you probably right. Look at the leaf hydrocotyle sibthorpioides have 5 cut and form full circle, Hydrocotyle tripartita have 3 cut and does not form full circle. I don't know how to explain it better
Just for general information, the batch of Marsilea Quadrifolia that I'm keeping in my office's low-tech, non-CO2 tank, is growing above the water surface as well. As a matter of fact, it's growing over my partition into my colleague's cubicle.
I was intending to keep this (M. Quadrifolia) in my house tank, but I'm alarmed by the rapid pace it grows. So mostly likely I'll have to switch to another plant of similar form factor, e.g. perhaps Brazilian Pennywort.
You might want to consider Marsilea hirsuta. Mine is creeping slowly over the substrate without CO2 injection.
