Bro look like a very stretch out planaria. Hmm the view of the picture can't really tell.
A possible shrimp leech. You might want to read this thread:

I've seen these at an LFS. They produce eggs in a cocoon. The young and the adults are excellent swimmers.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
Just caught around 8 of these pest inside the catch pen and kill them with hot water. Seems like they are not planaria as I can't notice the diamond head. Maybe these are shrimp leech as mention by bro Stormhawk. Will test out again when I catch some again with no planaria. So any other bro encounter this pest before?
The cocoons will be around the plants, rocks, near the glass in the substrate layer. You can't miss them. Brownish in color. It's not easy to eliminate these. Maybe No Planaria can work but their egg cases are tough. The one you caught is probably a young one. They are lightning fast and will burrow in the substrate if you try to net them.

Caught 5 more this morning. Going to try no planaria on them.
Weird leech I had gotten leech before part my is most found the shrimps either on the shrimps head or on the body. Normally I see I will scoop the shrimps out for salt bath. Normal don't see them crawling around.
Just a quick update that no planaria do kills thems. I put them in a separate container and add no planaria and they die after some time. Was quite impressive that no planaria works on planaria, hydra and even leech.
I tried salt before but seems not so effective. Maybe I put no enough salt. Anyway will stick to catch pen as I'm afraid no planaria will affect shrimplets and KK.
I didn't mean to put salt in your tank. I meant in a separate container
