    Hi,

Would like to share with you guys some images of the varying looks of proserpinaca palustris in my tank. Is this the same in your tank too?

The varying portion is in the width of the leaves (less the pointed edges). I realised that the leaves recently became broader. Don't know whether it is due to the change in source of NO3 from Ca(NO3)2 to KNO3 that I implemented 2 weeks ago.

    Ca

    illumbomb,

I wonder if you other plants (fast growers) are exhibiting curling leaves or yellowish leaves on the newer leaves. If it is, could be calcium.

One stem of my Ammania gracilis is exhibiting signs of curling leaves after the switch.... But the reason for the switch is becuase I have lots of coral chips mixed in my gravel such that my kH is about 12 and thus I presumed that the Ca from the coral chips should be sufficient.

Illumbomb: the single stalk you gave me is growing differerently. The leaves are not as broad.

It could also be the extra K you are introducing into the tank that made a difference. K is a macro nutrient and maybe your plants needed more of it.
